Summer is long since gone. The leaves have all fallen and the Holidays are a blurry memory. We sit in the kitchen peering out into the cold forbidden landscape wondering if Spring will ever get here, so we can get started on many outdoor projects. What we may not realize is that the dead of Winter presents its self as the perfect time to get some much needed things done. The dormant season is the best time to transplant those shrubs and trees, bulbs and perennials that need a new home. So it’s time to get out and get our hands a little dirty and cold. Now is the perfect time to relocate these favorites without stress, and increase the survival rate tremendously in the upcoming Summer season.
